I’ve never had such a bad experience with online shopping... I placed one order Jan24, my payment was accepted and Jan25 I received e-mail saying the article - coat I ordered is not available due to a technical issue and the refund of my money was issued. The money will refund in 2-3 days - I haven’t received the money until today - Jan29. I placed another order Jan27 as the same article became again available to order online for a few hours, my money was taken again, I called customer service twice Jan27 and Jan28 and was assured that the 2nd order placed was successful, the article was available and was allocated to my order 913142750 ... I even received an e-mail with this confirmation from customer service. And today I receive a notification that, again, it was a technical issue and the item is not available ! What’s wrong with you guys ?! I expect an urgent contact from your end and somebody to clarify where my order was allocated to and where my money for 2 orders placed is .... Needless to say I will never buy anything at cossstores again :(

Yesterday, I was in the melbourne, Elizabeth Street store in Australia, and I was feeling a little tired while waiting for my daughter to try on some clothes, which of course she wanted my opinion. I requested a stool to sit on( I am almost 60 years) but was told it was not company policy. After some insistence, the chap went to ask the manager ( Daniel) who said no. So I stood in the middle of the change room waiting for my daughter to come out( as I was also told I couldn’t go in with her) and as there was no- one waiting, I sat on the stool in the opposite change room. After a few minutes the manager came to me and said quite rudely, are you trying on clothes”no”, then you must leave. Admittedly there were people waiting at that point which I hadn’t realised and I completely understand however a little kindness and understanding would not have hurt. It changed a fun experience shopping with my daughter into a stressful one -all for a little stool. Very disappointed in your policy and sometimes kindness is better than rude, arrogant managers. Nice clothes but...

Nice clothes, excellent quality organic cotton in styles that are almost timeless, but this company must have one of the longest delivery times in retail. I have waited almost two weeks for delivery and was told by the (very friendly) customer services person that this was because their warehouse is in Holland and so your order ships from there. I really don't understand this. If there is a demand in the UK, why not have a warehouse in the UK? I cannot fault the quality of the clothes as they are made to last, but I feel the service is less than acceptable.

Impossible to unsubscribe

For a store that's owned by the same company as H&M, their quality is not worth the price tag. And unless you love useless, daily emails taking up your time, nothing is worth the fact that it's impossible to unsubscribe from their emails. I've unsubscribed 6 times and eventually I created a rule to send them straight to the trash. I've never, ever had to do this with any company before

First order mess. Second order mess

First order - wrong order. Had to return and wait for a refund before ordering againSecond attempt - order gone missing. Had to also pay for custom duties. Have put in a claim for finding the parcel. Was told by UPS that I should contact COS. COS is telling me to contact UPSPackage is lost and now I have to chase COS again for a refundWhat a mess! I will not order again from COS. Very disappointed

They take ages to deliver

They take ages to deliver, Its been sat in warehouse for days, tried a live chat, but they took 30 mins to respond and when they did the chat jams and doesn't allow you to send messages. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I've had several hermes deliveries since placing this order (all at same time), all the other companies have managed to hand it over to hermes to deliver...

Avoid Avoid Avoid. The level service you get is bellow average or poor. They treat you like a third class citizen. With all the high streets retails going bust, im not sure why these guys haven't gone into administration. With a quality of service, I have no doubt the days are being counted. But this time i will glad to hear and make way for other brands!Absolute awful and disgusted!

Haven't received my order

My order status was "shipped" and then I've received an email that my order has been returned. No idea what happened, the customer service is not responding.

What company doesn't offer a way to exchange a gift?

They do not offer a way to exchange a gift which gives you the option to return it and allow the gifter to see they got a refund from the store, ask the gifter to purchases something you would rather have than what they picked out for you or let it sit in your closet until you donate it.

My theory is they do this to make it seem like they have more sales than they actually do because why else would you not offer a way to get store credit or exchange a gift without getting the gift giver involved.

Ordered a blue cashmere and wool shawl

Ordered a blue cashmere and wool shawl, when arrived it was 100% wool. Strange because when there is cashmere as they say, and if you pay for cashmere you expect to have cashmere. Customer service was not helping at all and with question for a solution they keep me in hanging and havent heared anything back. And the quality is actually not moneys worth, within a few days it’s looking like I have it for a long time unfortunately. I was always happy with Cos but this make me aware that what they sell is overpriced and are not friendly.

Loving the Long Puffy Coat

I just bought the long puffy COS coat in the mustard color. I love it! It's warm, not bulky, light, and long donut blocks the wind. The side pockets are deep. I o my wish there was another inside pocket instead of just one.
